6/2022  We had a great letter from John & Wendi Demendaal where they shared about the graduation class. The student body included men and women from several different countries, to which they plan to return for their own ministries.

3/2022 Matt Lundquist came and shared with us about his ministry. He told us of several individuals whose lives were changed (by Christ) through his ministry at Central Washington University. He also shared the creative ways he carried on ministry during the Covid19 pandemic.

2/2022 - Evan & Libby Hannay praise God for all that he has brought them through in the past year since moving to Papua New Guinea. Their exciting news. is that they are planning a short maternity furlough starting in May because their 2nd child is due in mid-July. A big prayer request now is for wisdom and clarity as they choose partners with whom they will some day work in the bush.

1/2022 - The recent report from Frank and Rebecca Arellanes is that they are encouraged that things are progressing well with the development of the property that was purchased for the permanent site of their youth camp "RADICAL."  They requested prayer for the salvation of the men they have hired who are working on the project.

1/16/22 Today we heard the Christmas letter from Jon & Wendi Demmendaal who work at the Tyndale Seminary in the Netherlands. They, and several of their international students expressed gratitude for our financial and prayer support of this ministry. It is encouraging to hear how our support is touching people around the world.

We were delighted to have Abby Williams of Ethnos360 with us in person that last couple Sundays in 2021. She shared about her ministry in the Online Education department. It is great that their Bible courses can be accessed even by students who do not attend in person! She asked for prayer for wisdom & unity for their team. She also asked for wisdom in her dating relationship.

Dan & Donna Bong express thanks to us (and other prayer supporters) for standing behind them for another year. They are confident in God's provision even through these difficult pandemic times. They asked prayer for provision of another caregiver for Donna as one has left.

12/2021 Mike and Gwen Klontz are praising the Lord for wonderful opportunities to continue ministry as they transition into semi-retirement. Recently he spoke in a church in Sprague and also has spent considerable time encouraging other members of Ethnos360 through email and long phone calls. They also praise God for a family reunion with their kids and grandkids this fall.

We had a great report on the summer camp put on by Union Gospel Mission in the Spokane area. Please pray that the impact in the kid's lives would be lasting.

11/2021 Tom & Claudia Ferrel share a praise that the repairs on their truck and outboard motor have been fully paid for. Their prayer requests are for the government regulations that are making it difficult for them to be in the tribe. Also, for their c0-worker Barbara who is undergoing chemo. And finally, for their upcoming translation check in January 2022.

10/2021- Evan and Libby Hannay report that they are in the final stages of national language/culture learning. Please pray for passing grades on their language checks that are scheduled for early December. Also pray for decisions regarding who they will partner with and which people group they will move into. They also ask for continued prayer for wisdom as they parent their busy 1-year-old Liam!

10/2021- Jamie Halverson has been very busy the past month  at work, either flying, or helping with fiscal year end finances in the parts room. Both he and Lisa  are praising God that even when flights, etc don't turn out as planned, God can be trusted to accomplish good!
They also praise God for a good start for Lisa and the kids doing homeschool. Also for the opportunity to take music and art classes at the international school. They ask for prayer for those who are sick & experiencing loss due to Covid19

November 27, 2021 - Comments by Heather, after Pastor Bill's 2 weeks in Ghana and 1 week in the Democratic Republic of the Congo:
Here is MY summary (from things I've heard from him since his return!)
If you ask him how his vacation was, be prepared for a heavy sigh because so many folks just don't understand. The trip was NOT a vacation - unless you think of teaching several hours per day for 3 weeks as a vacation! It was both terrible and terrific: terribly exhausting & hot, sometimes physically sick, BUT terrific to see the men he's teaching "get it" and to hear their testimonies of how meaningful this teaching is for them. Also, terrific to have good fellowship with dear brothers in DRC. Sometimes, he felt, "this is what I was cut out to do!" and later, "I'm so discouraged, Lord just get me out of here!" Bill was initially disappointed that Dakota didn't want to share the teaching responsibilities, but rather just observe. But then, he was delighted to see Dakota building friendships and hanging out with the Africans - and SHARING CHRIST with them.
Were there frustrations? Absolutely! Was it fruitful? Absolutely! Will he go again? Probably. When? No idea!
